I have had no big problems out of this app. Its reliable and gets me where I need to go no matter the city or state Im in.

Its a GPS that works. Hasnt been wrong and it gets be the best route.

I really like how this app talks to you and didnt cost me anything. I get nervous when I dont know where Im going and Scout has helped to end that. No worries in cities I dont know anymore!

I have found it to be better than the others. Still not perfect, but would rather use Scout than any others.

Gr8 GPS! Reliable, dependable, and highly user-friendly. I recommend that you try it.

I deliver auto parts all over upstate New York to hundreds of different garages. From huge dealerships to people homes. I love you can make a favorite list so you dont have to type in were to go each time. The company I work for has a gps system but its not as reliable as scout. If it doesnt work for you chances are its the device your using or maybe you just road the blue bus to school. Even then you should be able to find your way!!!

Some bad moments

I have been using this app for years and the past few months it hasnt been working correctly. There have been time when I went to use the app and my saved locations are gone. Very disappointed cause I use this app for work. I dont know if its new update and my information is deleted. I will now be finding a new GPS app cause i need a reliable app.

Well I love this app, when I first started using it but as I went along, things got worse . I was always taking to the wrong address. Anywhere from 1 to 2 blocks off or the wrong side of town , especially when in Birmingham Al . Dont get this app it is real trouble not dependable at all . I almost forgot I would rate 1/2 star if I could but 1 star it gets !

Following the instruction to go out of my home I need to drive to my backyard, cross the fence, cross my neighbor backyard and neighbor house. The map look correct but the instruction are useless. I cannot trust this app .

I needed to go to the DMV for my plate... this app took me out of the way and actually told me to go south on the freeway and said make go north and my destination was on the right ... on the FNNN freeway. Im back to Siri. She knows whats going on and where it is!!

Been using Scout for handful of years. Each update was seamlessly integrated, until this last update. When Phone downloaded & installed last update, the update wiped all my stored info (favorites, recents, profile info, home & work settings, etc). Guess its time to find a new Nav App.

I dont understand why Im forced to enter my phone number to use this app.
